Provider-guided medical weight management focused on safe, evidence-based treatment plans, including lifestyle counseling on nutrition and physical activity and evaluation for prescription weight loss medications when appropriate.
Medical Forms & Certifications
Completion of medical forms and certifications based on a clinical evaluation, including employer, disability, and other non-urgent documentation.
